Protect your investment with the best coin capsules on the market. AirTite capsules snap together firmly to form a tight seal enclosing the ring and securing your coin for long term storage.
Capsules are PVC free, archival safe, and are made from an acrylic plastic with a non-yellowing agent. This process results in a product that is hard, crystal clear, and smooth to the touch. The foam rings are made from an inert polyethylene. These rings provide an extra barrier against air contamination, secures the coin in the holder, and provides and attractive border. The rings are designed to stretch to accommodate foreign coins that may have an odd diameter.
Our capsules are securely hand-packaged, un-assembled, within layers of foam to protect them during shipment. The rings are placed into the bottom halves of the capsules for quick use, excluding the 250 Pack quantities. Packs of 250 sell as a full case of capsules with the rings on the side.

I had taken a wild guess at what might work for protecting my silver Geiger Eldemetalle 1oz bars and this capsule is one for a 1.5oz Canadian silver coin and my guess paid off. Although the corners of the bars rest on the foam ring it locks the bars in place. Since I could not find a capsule anywhere these worked out just fine. Thanks OnFireGuy, Paul

Air-Tite 38mm Coin Capsules for 1oz Silver Dollars...
These are so nice! I had a few loose coins from my father and grandfather that I've been trying to organize and these worked out well. They do seal tight so I'm hoping they will be good for long term storage. They come apart with difficulty though, To open one and had to get a precision knife to start the process then go around slowly with a thicker knife to open. Takes some time, but it's doable. I got the XL storage box to store the coins in and found it to be not quite large enough so even though I really like these capsules if I had it to do again I'd probably order the ones without the foam insert. The black insert really does make a very nice presentation for the coins though, I just need to find a way to store them.
